Enjoying the Stephen Avenue Walk provides Calgary residents with one of the most interesting pedestrian malls in the country. This is considered a National Historic District and is one of the few found throughout Canada. Many of the building date back to the 19th century and are well preserved. If you enjoy old architecture, the City Hall building, Olympic Plaza and Hudson's Bay Company Building are "must-see" choices.

Not only is this mall a great place of the history buff, but it's also a great choice for shoppers. Whether you're looking for shoes, baked goods, coffee, old stores or many other things, you can find it on 8th Avenue. This part of the historic district features many malls, the Glenbow Museum and Convention Centre and many great shops.

The MLS® is a valuable tool that will help you get your home sold quickly. Real estate boards across Canada run these databases that list different kinds of properties for sale. Real estate agents can put their client’s homes on these listings so that they can be viewed by interested buyers and other agents from one end of the country to the other.

The listings are broken down into categories for easy searching. Properties are indexed by the home type, the location, the price, the amount of bedrooms, the amenities, the square footage, the location etc. Most homes nowadays also have a photo added and some have extensive photos showing both the exterior and the interior of the property.

This database of properties for sale can be shown on a real estate
